Welcome to the TEME English Mistletoe Shop!

Availability from Easter 2008 onwards: As spring approaches we now have restricted supplies of berried mistletoe - so direct orders for Grow-kits and fresh mistletoe for Weddings are no longer possible from the website. Please contact us with your needs and we'll try to help.

For the 2007/08 season we extended our Christmas Range with new packages for Pubs and Clubs.
We added new mistletoe packages for Weddings and for Valentines Day .
Our popular Grow-Your-Own Kit is now available with a Gift Card for Christmas or Valentines day .
We re-developed our range of Mistletoe Cards, and of course we still sell the Portmeirion Mistletoe Mug.
Our pricing structure is now inclusive of shipping (within UK & Ireland) - making most items cheaper overall than last year. (Please see delivery information in our FAQs).
Orders over £40 value are automatically discounted by 10%.

Mistletoe for Christmas:
All of our mistletoe is freshly harvested - we aim for delivery within 3 days of harvest. Mistletoe is a natural product so exact shapes and colours will vary - some is very bushy, some rather leggy, some bright green, and some golden yellow (the 'Golden Bough ' of legend). We aim to please, so if you have a particular preference on shape, colour and size do let us know.

The Passion Pack - £7.50 5 small sprigs (100-150mm long) of berried mistletoe, freshly harvested and unadorned. Spring/summer 08: Ask about availability.		The Buttonhole Pack - £12.50 5 hand-made berried mistletoe buttonholes (suitable for many purposes!) bound with red-ribbon. Spring/summer 08: Ask about availability.	The Decorators Pack - £14.50 20 large pieces of mixed male and female mistletoe - to give a good mix of berries and foliage. Spring/summer 08: Ask about availability.


The Berries Pack - £17.50 20 large pieces of just female mistletoe - all with lots of berries. Spring/summer 08: Ask about availability.		The Bulk Pack - £24.00 40 large pieces of berried mistletoe - ideal for florists and parties. Spring/summer 08: Ask about availability.	The Pubs'n'Clubs Pack - £44.50 80 small sprigs of berried mistletoe - ideal for selling/giving away at the bar or at the door. Or selling for charity. Spring/summer 08: Ask about availability.

		Special Orders: Do you need different products or larger branches? We can supply large boughs, including natural mistletoe balls - but these are special order only. Whole natural mistletoe balls are difficult to obtain - prices start at £50.00. Ask about availability and options..

Grow-Your-Own Mistletoe Kit:
Mistletoe GYO Kit	An ideal Valentine or Easter Gift! Grow-Your-Own Mistletoe Kit! A pack of 40-50 fresh ripe mistletoe berries complete with illustrated growing instructions - so that you can try growing your very own mistletoe. Kits are delivered from February 2008 onwards, as mistletoe germinates best from February to April.		GYO Kit Gift Card
You can pre-order at any time, either for yourself, or as a Christmas or Valentine's Gift for your husband, wife, lover to grow their kissing plant. For a small extra charge we'll send you a GYO Kit Gift Card, for you to give/send to your lover - they can then send the voucher part back to us to claim their kit. The card is cello-wrapped complete with envelope and return postage paid.
Mistletoe GYO Kit - £14.00 Orders are taken anytime but will be only be dispatched from February 2008. Spring/summer 08: Ask about availability.	What do you need to provide? All you need is a suitable host tree (cultivated apple, poplars, willows, limes and false acacia are all good hosts - but there are many more - a full list is included) - and patience. It will take at least 4 years for your mistletoe to bear berries. Mortality can be high - so we include 40-50 berries to ensure success. Mistletoe Cards:
Postcard Sets For 2007 we have 2 new sets of mistletoe postcards, one showing botanical images, the other showing the use of mistletoe in Art Nouveau. All have brief explanatory captions on the back. All cards measure 14 x 10.6 cm approx. and are packed with envelopes in cello-wrapping.
		Botanical Postcards - £3.00 4 historic prints of mistletoe from botanical books and herbals dating from the 16th to 19th centuries.	Art Nouveau Postcards - £3.00 4 composite pictures showing how mistletoe imagery was used in continental Art Nouveau in the late 19th and early 20th centuries.



Portmeirion Mistletoe Mug:
		Portmeirion Mistletoe Mug - £12.50 (from the Botanic Garden series) Now hard to obtain, Portmeirion's Mistletoe Mug depicts authentic English Mistletoe, in the classic Botanic Garden style. The mug shape is 'Mandarin' and size is .28l (10 oz).

Mistletoe for Weddings:
Mistletoe is ideal for wedding decorations, as it is an ancient symbol of love and fertility. According to tradition many people meet their future spouse under mistletoe! We can supply tailored orders for weddings - just tell us what you need. Some ideas, based on our Christmas packages and feedback from customers are given below: Please note that white-berried mistletoe is only available from November to April - in other months mistletoe is available without berries or with unripe green berries.
