How long does mistletoe keep?
English mistletoe will stay fresh for 2-3 weeks if kept cool. Store it outside in a unheated shed or garage until you need it indoors.

When do you deliver?
You tell us when you'd like delivery! Let us know your preferred delivery date and we'll deliver on or just before then. You can send delivery details as a note during checkout or send us a separate email.
Saturday deliveries: We use Yoyal Mail First Class for small orders and TNT Next Day for larger orders (eg Bulk Boxes). Saturday deliveries by TNT cost more, so we will endeavour to deliver on Friday.
Monday deliveries: We aim to deliver overnight - and so prefer not to deliver on Mondays as the mistletoe will have been in a shipping warehouse for up to 2 days before delivery. Monday requests may be altered to Tuesdays - but please let us know you preferences.
Special delivery arrangements: If you require urgent or special delivery please email us before ordering.
Outside the UK? If you are outside the UK delivery times are more difficult to predict. You must email us to discuss options before ordering.

How do I order online?
You can order online by credit or debit card. Just click on the 'Add to Basket' button next to each item - this will take you to our shopping basket page where you can amend quantities, and then go forward to checkout, or back to continue shopping. There is no obligation until you have completed checkout.

Do you take debit and credit cards?
We use Paypal to handle card payments. You will be directed to Paypal when you complete checkout. After payment you will receive a confirmation email from us detailing your order, plus a separate email from Paypal confirming your card payment.

Do I need a Paypal account?
No, you do not need to have a Paypal account; just have your credit or debit card details handy - you can use them without opening an account. If you do have a Paypal account you will be directed to that from the checkout site. If you have any difficulty please contact us.

How can I order by post?
Postal ordering is available within the UK. Please send details of your order, with a cheque payable to Tenbury English Mistletoe Enterprise to; TEME, 3 Oak Bridge Court, Tenbury Wells, Worcestershire, WR15 8DS, UK.

I am outside the UK - how can I order?
Overseas buyers must email us with their requirements. We will calculate the extra shipping costs, check this is acceptable to you and then send a tailored Paypal invoice. There may be customs restrictions in some countries. Note: Overseas orders placed without contacting us first will be cancelled and refunded.

What are the postal/shipping costs within the UK?
UK post and packing costs are included in our prices - though there may eb a premium for Saturday deliveries (see note above)

Do you offer discounts for large orders?
Orders over £40 in value are discounted by 10%.

We ask that all customers familiarise themselves with the following terms and conditions of online sales prior to placing any order with us.

Order acceptance notice

• We must have full delivery details (including postcode & telephone number) for your order to be processed.
• Your order will only be processed if all payment details are entered.
• An email will be sent to you acknowledging your order. You will be issued with an order number which you must quote in any communication with TEME Mistletoe.
• All deliveries are subject to availability.

Overseas orders

• Overseas buyers must contact us before placing an order to determine shipping rates.
• For some products (eg the Grow Your Own Kit) overseas deliveries may not be possible.
• Note: Overseas orders placed without contacting us first will be cancelled and refunded.

Payment

• You can make your payment using our secure payment system, currently provided by Paypal.
• Your card will be debited once we receive your order.
• Payment may also be made by cheque - details are given in the FAQ section above.
• You will be charged the current price for buying the items from our website on the date your order is placed.
• All prices are inclusive.

Delivery

• We use a TNT or Royal Mail Next-day Delivery Service for larger or urgent orders, and Royal Mail First Class for smaller packages and less urgent deliveries.
• If you wish delivery on a specific date you must let us know - otherwise we will send your order for delivery as soon as possible.
• TNT and Royal Mail next-day services may require your delivery to be signed-for - if there is no-one to sign, delivery may be delayed.
• Guaranteed Saturday deliveries may cost extra - see notes above
• We prefer to avoid Monday deliveries - see notes above
